For Principals / Employer
Requirements for Hiring Filipino Workers:
1. List of Documents required from a Principal/Employer for POEA Registration:
1.1 Business License of Principal/Employer: Proof of viability and sustainability of the company;

1.2 Recruitment Agreement between Principal and Verdant Manpower Mobilization Center, Inc. ;

1.3 Manpower Request: Formal Request for the positions and numbers needed, with corresponding salaries and benefits;

1.4 Master Employment Contract: POEA Model Employment Contracts between the worker and the Principal/Employer;
​
1.5 Other Affidavits and Undertakings that may be required by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

2. Principal/Employer must submit the above documents to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and/or Philippine Embassy/Consulates stationed in their country of origin for verification and authentication. Once verified, the Principal/Employer shall submit these same documents to Verdant Manpower, for submission and processing by POEA for Registration/Accreditation.
Verdant Manpower shall then proceed with recruitment activities and eventual deployment of workers to the jobsite: From sourcing of applicants, advertising for vacancies, interviewing and pre-qualifying candidates, processing the selected candidates, provide the required orientation, briefing and facilitating their departure.

Verdant Manpower’s Service Fees chargeable to the Principal/Employer may vary depending on the skill or profession required, the number of workers, and employment contract validity.
